Kathryn Averwater

Kate is dedicated to supporting employees and passionate about workers’ rights. Kate has devoted her career to representing railroad workers in employment, retaliation, and FELA matters. Before joining the firm, Kate clerked for Judge Julia Dayton Klein in Hennepin County Court. Prior to law school, Kate worked in a university finance department and coached collegiate rowing.
