Mark Thomson

Mark has extensive experience leading litigation teams in class-action cases against employers. He is currently counsel on several class actions against against railroad companies. Prior to joining Casey Jones, Mark worked at a national class action firm and recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients. Before entering private practice, he clerked for Justice David Lillehaug and Justice Anne McKeig on the Minnesota Supreme Court.
