Michael Rapier

Mike has devoted his entire career to advocating on behalf of railroaders. He has extensive experience representing injured railroaders and their family members in FELA and FRSA matters and has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. Mike started his career as a railroad legal investigator while he worked his way through law school. Coming from four generations of railroaders, Mike brings a deep personal conviction to his law practice, making him a tenacious and passionate advocate. Based in our Ohio office, Mike represents clients nationwide.
